Client Service Agreement with eisotravel

By booking travel services through eisotravel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. eisotravel is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Nexion Canada ULC, TICO Registration #1549342.

 

1. Travel Documents

You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary and all travel documents for accuracy and notifying us immediately of any discrepancies. Names on travel documents must match your valid, government-issued ID. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding or entry at your destination.

 

2. Role as Agent

eisotravel acts solely as a sales agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, car rental agencies, and other third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and are not responsible for their performance, service delivery, financial stability, or adherence to schedules. We are not liable for supplier defaults, delays, changes, or denied refunds, nor for any credits issued in place of refunds.

 

3. Travel Risks and Assumption of Responsibility

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, pandemics (including COVID-19), terrorism, crime, weather events, or government travel advisories. You acknowledge and accept these risks. eisotravel makes no warranties regarding the safety of travel to particular destinations.

BY CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL ASSOCIATED RISKS AND AGREE TO RELEASE eisotravel, NEXION CANADA, AND THEIR AGENTS AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE ARISING FROM YOUR TRAVEL.

 

4. Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for verifying and meeting all passport, visa, vaccination, and other entry or re-entry requirements for your destination(s). Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Requirements may change at any time; check with the relevant embassy or consulate.

 

5. Price Changes

Travel pricing is based on current rates, taxes, and exchange rates and may be subject to change by Suppliers or governments, including post-purchase increases. By booking with us, you agree to pay any additional charges and authorize your payment method to be charged accordingly.

 

6. Reservation Violations

Airlines prohibit booking practices such as “hidden city,” “throwaway,” or “back-to-back” ticketing. Using these tactics may result in cancelled tickets, forfeited miles, or additional charges. You agree to indemnify eisotravel against any claims arising from your violation of airline rules.

 

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, interruption, baggage, and medical coverage. Most policies exclude claims related to pandemics or government travel warnings. eisotravel is not responsible for the outcome of any insurance claims or for your decision not to purchase insurance.

 

8. Payment and Chargebacks

We encourage using a major credit card to safeguard your transaction. If eisotravel is the merchant of record, we act only as an intermediary to collect and forward payment to Suppliers. If services are not rendered by the Supplier, you agree that your recourse lies with the Supplier and not with eisotravel, and you will not initiate a chargeback against us.

 

9. Claims and Jurisdiction

Any claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of your return. Legal action must be filed within one year. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and all claims must be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

 

10. Cancellations and Refunds

• All cancellations must be communicated to eisotravel in writing.
• Cancellation fees, penalties, and refund eligibility are determined by the individual travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.) and vary by product and timing. eisotravel will inform you of these terms at the time of booking and upon cancellation.
• Some bookings may be non-refundable or have strict cancellation penalties.
• eisotravel reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for processing cancellations or changes.
• Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the supplier’s policies and timelines. eisotravel is not responsible for delays or denials in refunds issued by suppliers.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellation penalties or unexpected changes.
